PostPike vs Zoho Mail
Zoho Mail is a popular choice for business email, with a free plan of its own. Here's how the two compare, where Zoho is the better pick, and how to use both on the same domain.
In short
- Choose PostPike if you want IMAP for your own mail apps on a free plan, one flat price for the team, an EU company, or an inbox for your AI agent.
- Choose Zoho if you want a full office suite with chat, documents and a CRM from one vendor.
- Or use both: keep Zoho for your team and add PostPike addresses next to it.

PostPike and Zoho Mail questions
Does Zoho Mail's free plan include IMAP?
No. Zoho's own pricing page says IMAP, POP and ActiveSync are not included in its Forever Free plan, so you use Zoho's web and mobile apps only. PostPike's Free plan includes IMAP and SMTP, so Apple Mail, Outlook and the Gmail app work too.
Is PostPike cheaper than Zoho Mail?
For teams, usually. Zoho charges per user: Mail Lite starts at €0.90 per user a month, billed yearly, so 10 people pay about €9 a month. PostPike Basic covers 10 mailboxes for €3.99 a month in total. For one or two people, both are cheap, and Zoho's per-user plans include more storage per person.
Can I use PostPike and Zoho Mail on the same domain?
Yes. Keep Zoho for your team and turn on Zoho's Split Delivery, so mail for addresses Zoho doesn't have reaches PostPike. That's an easy way to give an AI agent its own address. See the steps.
How do I move from Zoho Mail to PostPike?
Sign up with your address, prove your domain, and import your mail from Zoho over IMAP in the admin console. Zoho's free plan doesn't allow IMAP, so importing needs a paid Zoho plan for the move, or you can start fresh and keep Zoho for your old mail.
