Everyone starts on Free, which is open now. Basic, Pro and storage packs open soon. Then you choose a plan in the admin console, and your mailboxes, mail and settings stay as they are. Payments will be handled by Stripe.
No. An alias is another address for an existing mailbox, such as sales@ arriving in your own inbox. Each plan includes a number of aliases on top of its mailboxes.
Limits keep spammers away, which keeps PostPike's servers trusted and your mail out of spam folders. Only people outside your account count. You get an email at 80%. A send that would go over is refused with the reason, and you're emailed that it wasn't sent. Usage shows in the admin console.
Webmail on the Free plan may show one small banner from a sponsor, never inside your messages, and never styled like an email. Mail apps such as Apple Mail and Outlook never show one, and paid plans have none.
